We will be glad to take your order in person at any of our events, just bring us a photo of the pet or other. You can email it to us later as well.
Your Portrait Begins and when finished...
In approximately10 days you will receive a phone call and e-mail
from me that your portrait is finished and arrange a date and time it will be convenient to deliver to you personally by us in Connecticut.
If you live out of state you will receive a phone call and e-mail that your portrait is finished and when it will be shipped Insured by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Carrier to be determined at time of shipping.
When shipped, a tracking number will be E-mailed to you...

Accent Frame, Name of pet (if desired) and Shipping (Lower 48 states Only)
All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged available shipping rates.
Orders placed and shipped beyond the USA limits placed here
will be charged extra for all exchange rates, shipping, VAT and customs fees.
Shipping:
All finished orders will be handled by us and delivered in person, or
Shipped standard ground byUSPS, FedEx or UPS.

All orders shipped beyond the lower 48 states will be charged accordingly.
Out of the country orders will be charged with all exchange rates, VAT,\and local taxes and any and all customs fees.
All 8"x10" AND 11"x14" Pet Portraits include Accent frame, Name of pet and Delivery by myself in Connecticut or Insured Shipping.
Small Stained Glass orders come wrapped in colored tissue paper and in a gift bag. Gift bag and shipping are included in the price.
Mugs and other items have a shipping charge added at time of shipment.
